Our Cleaning Story

Hi, I’m Michelle Miller, and I work alongside my daughter, Mercades Johnson, to provide a personalized cleaning experience. We believe in offering dedicated, one-on-one attention to our clients, which is why it's just the two of us—no additional staff. We focus on a maximum of four houses each day to ensure quality service.

Rest assured, we are licensed and bonded, and we can provide references upon request. Exciting news: we will be expanding our services to include pet removal starting in 2026!

 

We don't have contracts and we except Venmo, Cash app, Cash 

we do take credit cards but you will be charged 4% on top of you rate

                    Basic Residential Clean

 1500sq feet or smaller

Starting at $95.00 bi-Weekly

Basic includes:

Kitchen Wiped down

-includes stove, Microwave, Clean appliances, wipe cabinets, counter tops, stainless steel on fridge, 

( we don't do dishes)

Trash: $10.00 (all trash inside house)

Polish wood: $ 25.00 all furniture 

 

                     Deep Cleans

 

We provide deep cleaning services that must be scheduled in advance to ensure appropriate allocation of our team. Our rate is $100 per hour for a team of two cleaners, with a minimum booking of two hours. While most deep cleans typically take between 4 to 6 hours, we encourage you to share your budget with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Bad Weather 

If severe weather conditions arise—such as snow, ice, or tornado alerts—we may need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, ideally within the same week. Please note that if you call to cancel, we may not be able to accommodate a change in your appointment day, as our schedule is designed to minimize fuel costs.

We kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations, as we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please remember that my daughter and I greatly appreciate your understanding and support, as it contributes significantly to our livelihood.
